Be sure to ride Jupiter Island. Park at the lighhouse and ride out from there. US 1 has a fairly wide shoulder, but I've never ridden on it. You probably can ride from Jupiter to Stuart (and may further north on it). Ride from Juno beach north along beach road. (short and lots of weekend traffic, but it's along the beach.)
