Did you get a good start?... to your new year's resolutions.
My weight loss continues. I got in a great workout on New Year's Day. I walked/ran the equivalent of a half marathon on the treadmill at the gym. 13.1 miles... as I watched the Outback Bowl on TV. Pace was 15:48 per mile. I changed the elevation on the treadmill throughout the workout. 2005 Calories burned. It's hard work, but you don't notice it much as you're watching the game. It worked out better than watching the game and eating chips on the couch. TV's should be powered by fitness equipment.
I hope everyone had a good start... if not, now is a good time (not tomorrow) to get going.
