100 miles on the road if the roads clear off. If they don't at this point 20+ days of trainer spins of at least 30 minutes each, most will be an hour or longer. Last winter my goal was to not gain more than 10 pounds over the course of the winter, not only did I meet that goal but I crushed it by having a net loss over the winter. This fall with widespread wildfires giving us poor or downright dangerous air conditions and a change in work schedule cost me precious miles and rides. Thus I have already gained 10 pounds from my low last simmer. My goal is to not gain a single more net pound this month. With the intensity of my trainer rides higher than most of my road rides I should be able to do this. Dare I use the word suffer, yup I'll be doing a bunch of that.
