I was a bit surprised that my gym did not seem any more crowded than usual. However, as I thought about it, it seems like the people that are members of my gym are those that use it regularly. The gym has it's own bodybuilding team. They have a pretty steady group that attends hardcore fitness classes. I see several players from a semi-pro softball team training at the gym. A lot of mixed martial arts fighters. As I thought about it, most beginners would feel out of place and a bit intimidated at my gym. There are several other options around at nice facilities. The people at my gym are just the ones I need to be around to be motivated to hit my goals.

I'm waiting for a nice day (40 degrees + and dry) to get on my bike and go for a ride. I'm wondering if it will feel different after a 20 pound weight loss???
