I have got off to as good a start as was physically possible. 1st and 2nd were pretty much all lying on the sofa with flu like symptoms, I dragged myself onto the Turbo Trainer today and managed 5 miles.
Considering I haven't really been on my bike since October it was a decent start. I have dropped 2 lbs since 1/1/13 and I am hoping once the dehydration goes away I will be able to see another pound or two drop off the scales.
