Since I'm off the bike, my coach prescribed some gym workouts for me. Forward and reverse box jumps, situps and back extensions on the Swiss ball, lunges with dumbbells, Stairclimber for warmup and elliptical for cooldown. I couldn't balance on that ball for situps for the life of me. The backs of my thighs are not happy...I may have extended my feet out too far on the lunges.
I hope the afternoon of the 11th is good weather - can't wait to get back on the bike!
