I have a Nashbar stand, and it appears to use the identical tripod frame as the one you linked to above, but with a simpler, cheaper head. I wouldn't recommend it. The frame is unstable, and the quick release that holds the tripod open slips (the hardware on the one you linked is identical in every way, I'm certain it's sourced from the same manufacturer). If I had to do it all over again, I would have spent $50 more and gotten a better stand.
