I agree that is pretty steep at 74.5 degrees!
Such a head tube angle would be better paired with a very short, 3.8cm offset fork in order to ride normal, imo.
One further complication to the effect on the hands-on steering stability has to do with the stem rise and length (extension).
A longer stem calms the steering response at higher speeds, while a lower handlebar height does the same (and is why the drops provide the most stable grip out of all possible hand positions).
