You may be a candidate for laparoscopic cruoplasty/Nissin fundoplication.

I cannot get too specific but i suggest you Google hiatal hernia repair techniques. That is assuming it is a hiatal hernia which caused your initial problem.

Anyway, I would avoid large increases in intrabdominal pressure as in Valsalva A.K.A bearing down etc. So NO squats esp. with heavy weight to impress the chicks.

Yes, it was a very large hiatal hernia repaired laparoscopically. This helps a lot. I will Google it. I have wondered if I would have been better off having a conventional surgery. I found out when I went in for my first surgery that he mesh used in the first surgery had disintegrated.
