Do you, or would you wear a helmet on rollers? I think all roller beginners should wear a helmet !! We always say that in order to learn you should place them in a doorway. Seems like a good place to whack your head! Even guys that are on rollers all the time, should we wear helmets? I meen accidents do happen.
Should we dress as we do on the road? First thing that I do after building a bike is to run it on Rollers, You can make most of the adjustments before even taking it outside. I know I sweat up a storm on rollers, but I always feel funny when heading back outside after a prolonged stint, as in weeks before heading out. How does it feel to the rest of you when you put that helmet back on after weeks without it? Bottom line should we wear it?
