I have a 2010 Kona JTS that I'm either going to sell it to build up my (new project) Major/Rad Jake, or Swap over the components, & sell the frameset.
Neither of my Kona have disc but they preform just as good(if not better when dialed in with proper pads) as my 2011 Opus Senteiro with discs.
The Opus is my commuter/trainer, & is a bit heavier than my Konas. The Kona is zippier on or off road, I can ride down stairs, & pretty much do anything with them.
My Opus is a better commuter with the discs, the added weight makes me feel safer around cars.
