Big Pete, I hear you about the rain. I live about 30 miles south of Seattle and man it is raining right now. It has either been wet or really cold and not the type of weather to go ride outside with. Yesterday I rode in the house for an hour to a workout DVD. I need to do that today. I would much rather ride outside. I was already supposed to do that today but had a hard time getting up. I will get my ride in before the day is over but it will be in the house again and another DVD, maybe I'll do "Cycling for Cadence".

Getting some riding in is better than no, so get a trainer and ride in the house (yes it can be boring but that is why I ride to cycling DVD's and not just watch a movie).
