is the second language... being old and getting harder of hearing I hate pulling up to drive thru windows and not able to understand the person asking for my order. I try to be polite but I find myself saying "excuse me" over and over. I hate it. I just say my order and hope they figured it out... I can honestly say (guess where I went) I order a small green burrito and got 2 fish tacos...
