I've used NiteIze on my wheels; they worked great. Cheap @ ~$9 each. Found myself replacing batteries once every 2 months after daily use which got to be expensive. Stopped using the lights on the wheels because of the upkeep cost.

These days I've been thinking about adding 3M reflective tape on the spokes themselves.
