Who knows about the other guy. She never claimed to be in a relationship with him either. None of that stuff even matters anymore. I am more worried about my court date tomorrow, and hoping I don't loose my job.
I think if you explain your saga as we all know it, the Judge will feel sorry for you & just slap you around a few times.
