Bikes: 1962 Rudge Sports, 1971 Raleigh Super Course, 1971 Raleigh Pro Track, 1974 Raleigh International, 1975 Viscount Fixie, 1982 McLean, 1996 Lemond (Ti), 2002 Burley Zydeco tandem

Yesterday evening, I met two bike commuters coming out of my office building. I rarely see any. One gave a nice hello and smile, and the other discussed his commute and mine.

Today, I did what I had planned for yesterday: 1 mile ride to station, 10 mile train ride, 2 mile ride to work. On the train, I sat across from a fellow cyclist who had his folding bike. He admired my safety gear and my saddle. He incorrectly identified the saddle as a Brooks, which is understandable. His bike has a Brooks. Mine is a hand-made RHM saddle. There have only been about 30 made so far.
