Some neoprene face masks have a mesh of small ventilation holes in front of your mouth. They block enough wind to keep your face warm but allow you to exhale normally, which prevents blowby along your nose which can fog your glasses. I have the glasses fogging problem with both of my balaclavas unless I'm very careful with placement and how I exhale.
