Thanks all. Heard about Spokesman, but they only do the top of the line fitting ($150 minimum), which I am looking to avoid.

From searching online, Bike Station in Aptos offers a standard fit. Yelp reviews seem good. Calmar has both types, but they are farther. Will make some calls later.
