Standard $80 life-time fit is what I got originally at local shop (Summit bikes on LG) back in June of 2010 when I brought in my Felt F3c acquired through Craigslist.
After 7 months of riding I went to Wade and paid $300+ for 4h comprehensive session. The change in position was pretty dramatic as I was able to have my bars lowered by 10cm and still feel comfortable on multi-hour rides. The fee included two 2h+ follow up visits. In retrospect I think that was money very well spent.

I guess some suggestions here were promoted by the following statement "It has finally come time to get fitted by a pro"
Naturally, I assumed this meant fitter who perform work for PRO cyclists. That would be Curtis (revolution in fitness - close to me but very long wait list) and Wade (Santa Cruz is father away but I can book an appointment in reasonable time).

There is also good advice here on performing your own fit.

From searching online, Bike Station in Aptos offers a standard fit. Yelp reviews seem good. Calmar has both types, but they are farther. Will make some calls later.
