Went out and tried the "Race winning intervals 2" from ratwapm yesterday. Kinda like over/unders, but really over/OVERS. 3 sets of 15' alternating between 100-105% and 105-100%. I think I'm a fan - felt like I was getting some threshold work while touching the bottom of Z5 for the first time this year.
3 hours of tempo/endurance work today. First hour at 85%, then tried to push 90-95% for the last hour - only made it to 24 minutes. Upon further investigation, it turns out I left my steel trainer skewer in. I'm pretty sure that was the root cause...
