i wouldn't pay anything for the frame, not my style.
wheels; less than they're worth as parts 'cause i didn't build them (i'm not trying to be an a$$hole, but in my experience wheels usually sell for not much more than the hubs are worth. it helps thst the rims are velocitys, but you're probably better off keeping the tires and tubes; they won't add to the sale price).

my best recommendation is to break it down and sell it as parts. it's more of a hassle, but you'll recover more of your costs that way.

de bernardi's aren't rare, and with fall/winter coming up the market is about to see a glut.
