Hi all,

I have a celeste Bianchi from the mid 80's with a lot of paint that has flecked off at looks to be nickel plated.
I am wondering what would be the best way to touch up these areas I have purchased some celeste Bianchi Touch up paint will I need to prime the surface or could I just paint over the nickel plating?
