Didn't see a doctor what can he do to help me, give me steroids? As for the pedals i use free composite pedals that i can move my foot at a comfortable level. My riding was on a mountain bike and the gears i use were high and low, but my cadence was the same on both gears.
I'm willing to get on the bike but i found out long ago at the gym a bad stationary bike made my knees hurt at a cardio level. My mountain bike has some problems with the chain, cassette and front triple crank a little warped. I thought i could ride through the broken hardware on my bike without consequence. "Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger".
My first thought early in the summer was to buy a ALLEZ ELITE road bike but i got afraid of the cost, durability and maintenance of owning one. Now with about 2 days off riding i want finish off the last few weeks riding my broken bike see if it will break my leg right off, or should i rethink and buy a cheaper mountain bike for the last couple of weeks of riding i will do this year?
The knee feels better after a couple days off but i feel i should not chance it riding for another week, or until my next visit to the gym testing it at the squat rack.
