I fitted cross country bars with a very small amount of rise (approx 20mm) to my Mezzo. I also fitted bar ends and set the handle bar height as low as possible to get a slightly more aerodynamic position. While it is not the same as a bike with drop or bull bars, I find it more comfortable than the original set-up and make full use of the bar ends when cruising.
