I started dieting in October, I eat fruits, veggies, white rice and chicken mostly. Cut sodas and candy/sweets to almost zero.I was riding ten miles a week untill the end of November, then I started commuting to work, ten miles a day. Now I also ride on the weekends to get more workout. Did 38 miles last weekend.I was ring a cheap steel frame 26" MTB, now I ride a Giant Rapid hybrid bike with drop bar ends and 700-28 tires. It's a lot faster.My goal is to get down to 200 or below.
