idunno if my body has just become more efficient over time or cycling is just the best thing ever, but im eating like a beast now not even caring what it is and im kicking ass

i love bikes.

Was your training really every day mumonkan? i have done intense training for 2 years everyday less than 3 weeks breaks in total each year and it is not easy to maintain, lack of motivation, being sick or just not feeling well etc..
With some morphology type it's really hard to gain muscles and some diet rich in proteins tend to create fat on the belly area
Anyway, without any specific it's impossible to say but i'm skeptical.
