Been wondering about how good of a workout is 'real' cycling in terms of killing belly and body fat, vs spinning at a gym, working out, running, etc.
It'd be interesting to hear how good of a workout you think it is, compared to road training and such, do you think there's a better bike for that purpose, some seating position, share your meal tips etc
Getting on a bike comes with some dietary/sleeping changes etc often I guess, interesting to hear your thoughts and experiences!
My bike commute to the gym 5 days a week, has really helped get my six pack back in shape
