some mixer/blender can't handle frozen bananas
an alternative recipe 2 (vanilla sorbet substitute)
-bananas
-slices of pineapples
-a little bit of soy milk or fat free cow milk
-some ice
-some honey
into the mixer
honey is still sugar so with moderation
