Fit is a bit more complex than a simple height assessment. Your inseam (pubic bone height), torso length, arm length, among other dimensions all help to define your optimal frame geometry. Most production frames shoot for averages, so they'll fit ok as long as you are in a target range.
Anyway, if you are 6'1 my gut says that bike is way too small for you. I'm 6'2 with a 35" pants inseam and a 37.5 inch pubic bone height and my prime frame would be 62cm or so. Unless you have short legs, I can't imagine how you would ride anything smaller than a 59 or 60. Anywhoo, the bike looks nice. A bit overpriced for old school carbon IMO, but nicely equipped. However, if it does not fit you, it is worthless.
A good start is to grab a ruler/tape measure, a friend, and 10 minutes to do
this basic fit assessment. It's a start - definitely not the end all, be all, but much better than guessing. Best of luck, and don't rush into anything just yet.
