I'd agree with the above. Sort it out (dropout adjusters, etc.), and ride it. The Professional was always the top of the line for Raleighs, with the Team Professional (SBDU bikes) the only model above it when available. BTW, from the one shot (in BGs post) of the rear dropouts, the skewer doesn't appear to be Campy Record. What are the hubs? I'd worry about those more than I would brakes.
