I've got an 87 Black Chrome High Sierra that I've been perpetually working on.

Chris In Miami got drops put on his High Sierra with the stock Roller Cam brakes- he just used normal Tektro levers and said he had no problems.

I'm going to be using some "Schwinn Approved" Diacompe levers with turkey wings- I just got the front cable hanger a couple of weeks ago.
