Thanks for the replies so far. I am leaning ever-so-slightly towards the Sirrus this morning, but the more upright geometry and shorter wheelbase (I've confirmed it's considerably shorter than just about every other bike I was looking at) still concern me a bit.
I didn't realize the headset was adjustable -- that could make a big difference. I'll ask them to adjust for a test ride. I do like the handlebars on the Sirrus a lot.
