Last year I made the switch from a Mach 3 to using a DE razor on my face because I was tired of spending $30 for 8 cartridges (I just bought 35 blades for $10, and these were expensive blades).

Anyway, I was just curious if any other DE (or SE) razor users out there use one to shave legs, too? If I start shaving my legs again, I'm not gonna pay stupid amounts for cartridges. Should I get a longer handled razor (à la Lady Gillette?) or just stick with my (shortish handled) Merkur HD?
