I see some of this on the buses too. But since one of my sons has a pretty significant mental condition, I've used to this.
Be nice if the community at large were a little more exposed to these things. It might reduce the amount of crap we are hearing from organizations like the NRA and might lead to a consensus that the states need to honor their commitments to society and spend a little more in programs for the mentally ill.
