It seemed a bit harder than I was expecting from reading some other reviews. I did follow the directions on their site to set it up so I believe it's correctly installed.
I was fitted by my specialized dealer for a 155 saddle and from the research I read the Titanico would be ok. My current saddle is a Toupe Expert. I'm training for a half ironman and am starting to get into some longer rides.
I do have aerobars on my bike and when I dropped into them the nose of the saddle was quite painful on my "man parts". Any suggestions on how to adjust?? I wasn't sure if I should drop the nose or move it back etc.
Thanks!
I'd like to be helpful, but I found that saddle to be the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat on. I tried it on different C&V bikes, different setups, it made little difference how it was adjusted. Talked to them down in San Diego a few times, tried some of their ideas, got nowhere...though they were nice enough for trying. For me, that hammock effect will jam that prominent saddle nose directly into the "man parts" if you are rotated at all, and there's no way around it. I hope you find a magic remedy, but don't go crazy trying to figure out what's wrong...for me it was simply a terrible design. They were nice enough to take it back for a full refund.
I am also a fan of the Selle SMP line, but they are hardly C&V looking saddles.
