Use hairspray like ImprezaDrvr says it holds your grips in place and they'll never spin. It even works on old grips that are getting worn out.
To get them off I use one of those pump up water guns. Lift the grip with a ziptie and spray water underneath then wiggle the grip back and forth until it slides right off.
