Any, really. Below about 40 I cough and my nose gets running, but here in SD we rarely see that during the day. Above maybe 95F I start to get hot. But I find that well above the 70s I'm still pretty comfortable as you have a good breeze going while biking. I can't stand running when it's warmer than about 60F - I get really hot.
