Ok so nice start to the week, scales said 220 a lot nicer than the 225 last week. For those who are looking at this I have been on the bike everyday, either on the road, trainer or rollers and for at least 30 minutes. I have cut back my food intake but would be lying to say I don't indulge but instaed of the whole mixing bowl of popcorn I have a dessert bowl or two..lol! My sweet tooth has been taken care of by fruits like grapes and pineapple.
