If you are that borderline with issues then you need to remove yourself from any fit equation and see someone who knows what they are doing fit wise.
I've already had the fit well-dialed in for many many years, which is why a small change can make a difference to my knees. If it's a small difference of course they'll adjust after a few weeks, but if I can save myself that stress with a small cleat adjustment or adding a washer on a pedal then I don't have to go through that. That's why knowing the Q can help, instead of just guessing. I was merely looking for a quick and easy way to compare the two if someone had it. If that bothers you guys too much then don't worry about it and move on....
