Welp, there's a big difference between the Scapin and the Raleigh just in terms of where they are on the food chain. I'd second WRK and Zukhan's comments. It seems you've got a ride already and are just looking for one to build. Take your time and be open and you will find something quite nice, for less than the Scapin and far better than the Raleigh. At the price range you're in, you could even buy a frame and have it refinished if the paint or whatever doesn't suit you. Personally, I would search for either American custom builders (underpriced as a rule) or smaller Italian builders.

Edit: you're looking at bigger sizes... frames are usually at a discount... sellers will price them like smaller frames, but they don't move. Bargain down on CL once you're at 60 or above as a rule.
