You might also put up posters at local bike shops. Be patient, it's been my experience that car-free people tend to buy fewer bicycles and accessories than those who bicycle as a hobby or recreation. The bike shops may know them personally though and be able to link you to them.

Also check out the transit centers, or as I recall there were some neighborhoods with many cyclists in the streets. Or put an ad in the local alternate papers.
