Figured it was a 55 which is 57 cm center to top in traditional sizing.
If you want to know precisely how the frames compare, go out on the web and pull in the geometry chart for your Time.
Again...you will get many opinions. Ultimately your choice will depend on the reach to drop ratio you prefer.
The Time head tube is clearly taller which will raise your handlebars. Only you know if you would prefer less drop.
Also, the BB on your new Time is BB30 so...you will need to convert your crank...many options there.
