No need to throw it away if you DON'T value your life. You can ride this normally until it CATASTROPHICALLY fails with no problem. When it does fail CATASTROPHICALLY you will end up with a huge hospital bill. Just expect a lot of time, like months, to heal from the injuries. You will certainly have many, since riding a bike at speed and hitting a pothole that will finish the fork off will probably be nearly 15mph or more.
