Ugh. Way too over-the-top for me. Ugh.
My primary commuter has evolved from a simple flat-bar hybrid
to a fully accessorized pseudo-tourer.
I didn't set out to achieve that look. I went through several changes to tailor the characteristics of the bike to something that better suited my needs for commuting. The obvious difference is the flat bar to drop bar conversion, but I also put on a Brooks saddle, fenders, dyno hub, etc. These all addressed shortcomings I identified on the bike.
