Last summer I only carried a frame bag with clothes, saddle wedge with tools, and a frame pump. No lights, horn, rack, fenders etc. Around 5 or 6 pounds all told.

For this winter I added a seatpost rack with tail box and other bike structure totaling about 10 pounds, lights, and with the extra cargo space I keep another pound of tools, extra gloves and cap, spare batteries and miscellaneous, rain gear sometimes, probably 20-22 pounds total.
