I sent back my Kilo WT frame a week ago and they agree to replace the frame.

The problem is, they do not have the replacement frame in stock and they refuse to take a frame out of their stock. They offered Moto. Jury as a replacement, but I said no. Why? Because I know why they kill the frame.

Today, they just sent me a tracking# without my consent.

Is this how BD work?
