Nice day today, but my squeaky rear derailleur is driving me nuts.

It's fine in the morning, because my bike is clean then, but it always accumulates a bunch of grime during the am commute and squeaks like a pack of rats on the way home. I tried wiping it off with a wet paper towel before departing today, but that didn't help.

Any ideas?
