No nuts or seeds for me for the next week (prior to my colonoscopy). That is that worst part for me; I live on nuts and seeds.
Rats, gotta find some other snack food for the next week.
I don't recall that nuts were verbotten(or is it verboten?) for a whole week prior to mine...can't really recall how long the restriction was though.
