The frame is a old Instep (wal-mart, etc.) kid hauler, that was rolled over and the "metal top bars" were bent up. I took off the the bars, old torn up fabric, etc. and you end up with the "basic frame". I paided $20 for the kid hauler on CL's. I took 2-26 inch steel strap bars and 1-36 inch bar (lowes, home depot, etc. 1/8th. in. thick by 1 inch wide, flat steel x3 feet) Used the already drilled out holes in the frame, drilled matching holes in the flat steel braces, 2 across, 1 long wise, to brace the frame. $22. for the 50 Gal. Tub, (Lowes), drilled 4 holes in the tub and braces to mount tub, used 1/4 bolts with WING nuts to fassen. Added some refectors and the center rear reflector is a "Cateye Reflex" it's a blinking light but also a reflector when it's not on! Added a neon orange safety flag and wah Laa, "utility trailer".
