Calories Burned = [[(years x 0.2017) + (lbs x 0.09036) + (BPM x 0.6309) - 55.0969] x minutes / 4.18] x 0.7
On my typical ride I burn 600-700/hr.
Cool. I plugged in my numbers to your equation, and got 1626.
